No Show

[Music] So apparently Yeasayer didn't play as scheduled last night at In the Venue. According to one anonymous user, club officials failed to inform the public ahead of time that the band would not be appearing. This is all news to me. Does anyone know why the group didn't show? Anyone care to share their experience at the club? (Jamie Gadette)

    I got wind of that this morning too from someone here who went to the show and were upset there was no warning. But I can't find a single reason why they would bail out. Especially since they were on their way from Denver to California via us. I'm guessing 9and it's just a guess) since neither the band nor In The Venue have provided a reason, there was a disagreement between the two and the show was nixed.

    Their van broke down. Oh well Man Man was awesome.

    Yeah, apparently they broke down in Denver. Their show here in January was quite good. It shouldn't be a surprise that the venue didn't notify people in advance. That place is completely disorganized.

    You just gotta love a venue that yells at people to get out while they're trying to buy merch and support the artists that just played.
