    numbnuts thinks that people that allow their dogs to bark all day should be slapped. numbnuts thinks that dogs should bark, but within reason. numbnuts thinks that people that use noisy leaf blowers instead of rakes or brooms should be stabbed. numbnuts also thinks that people that modify mufflers on their cars to be more noisy instead of more quiet should be slapped and then stabbed.
