Papers, Please

[Creeping Fascism] Add "Neighborhood Safety Zones" to the list of Crazy Orwellian Things That Could Never Happen in the United States (But Are Happening Anyway).

Basically, it's a system of checkpoints to be implemented throughout Washington D.C.--if you cannot convince a cop that you have a good reason for being in a particular area, you're not allowed in.

I think other cities have implemented similar security programs--right before they started gassing civilians. (Brandon Burt)
