    Here in Illinois, it's relatively common to see license plates play on the names of wines. I weep for family members marooned in Utah - my sister the nurse would probably love to have a "WHYT ZIN" plate.

    Man. I'm cynical enough to want to mess with one of our state's "Kids Place" plates. Must think of something evul.
