Go New Yorker, Go!

[Humor-Impaired America] I love the New Yorker. I love cover illustrator Barry Blitt. I love that the magazine is taking all the stereotypes the right wing has tossed at the Barack Obama campaign and kicking those lies square in the ass.

Now the Obama campaign is deeply angered and offended. How else can it feel--at least publicly? The campaign has to reach down to the dumbest of Americans who can't understand satire to save their lives. There could possibly be votes there, for god's sake.

I'd love to be in the New Yorker office today. Talk about issues flying off the news racks! Ka-ching!

What do you think of Britt's illo? (Holly Mullen)
